Description
The 3½-room flat for max. 6 people is located in Obersaxen-Valata right next to the ski piste and the valley station. Ski-in ski-out. Ski room available. In summer it is the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours.
The flat is located on the upper floor of the building, just above the Valata valley station restaurant.
From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Piz Mundaun and other mountains of the Surselva. Very quiet location.
The flat was built in 2018 and has two bedrooms, a spacious living area and a very well equipped kitchen where you will find everything including the usual spices.
Nespresso coffee machine, table grill, fondue accessories and standard crockery are available.
WLAN is available free of charge.
You can bring your own bed linen or hire it.
The visitor's tax must be paid at the end of your holiday when you hand over the keys. The same applies to bed linen and towels, if these are optionally provided by the landlord.
In summer, the mountain railways and other offers such as minigolf etc. are included in the price.
Car parking directly at the restaurant.
