Step inside - our small, fine 2 ½ -room flat impresses with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore and attracts nature lovers in particular.

The tastefully furnished 65 m2 flat invites you to relax both inside and out. Enjoy the pleasant privacy of the covered private pergola or watch the beautiful sunsets over the Centovalli from the small balcony terrace.

The flat is located on the edge of a small holiday apartment residence and offers enough space for 2 to 3 people. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven and fridge as well as a dishwasher. There is a portafilter espresso machine for instant coffee.

The bathroom with bathtub and shower has a window with a view of the small Bachtobel and offers plenty of space.

Below the small, private sunbathing lawn next to the flat is a large pool on the Residenza Virabella property.

And if you would like to swim in the lake, the small natural beaches of the village of Vira are around 1200 metres away. The "Scesana" bus stop is just a few metres from our house. However, due to the location above the village of Vira, having your own car is an advantage - also for shopping in the village shop in Piazzogna, about 3 minutes away by car.

A lift leads from the car park directly to the flats below - there are no stairs to climb!
