Description

The house ist situated in a very beautiful landscape.

The distance to the lake (Attersee), to the golf course and to different restaurants is about 2 km.

A big garden is at your disposal and a grill if you like to use it.

The lake (Attersee) is very much liked by sailors. There is also the possibility for swimming, hiking and fishing.

Near the house (1 km) is a shopping center.

If you are interested you can make a sightseeing or shopping trip to Salzburg (50 km) or Linz (60 km).

Next to the house is a warehouse for safes, but it will not disturb you.

Your apartment is in the ground floor of a house for two families. There is a big kiitchen, a living room, two bed rooms (a big and a small one), a lobby, a bath room and a toilet.

In the kitchen is all you need.

Television is in the living room.

You will find enough towels and blankets in the cupboard of the bed room.

The central heating of the house is run by gas.

The owners of the house live sometimes in the first floor.

You may rent the apartment for a minimum of one week.
