It stands for a feel-good ambience on 82 m² of living space for sole use in the midst of scenic surroundings with a garden terrace, sunbathing lawn and a garden shed. The holiday home on the Meißlberg is situated in a very quiet, idyllic location - there is only an access road (cul-de-sac) to three neighbouring houses past the holiday home - please note: the holiday home is closed in the winter months from November. Sitting and sunbathing terrace, a garden house with lawn garden for relaxing and sunbathing - pure relaxation, barbecue area, outbuilding can also be used as a garage for smaller cars, bicycles, etc. Ground floor: Kitchen-cum-living room with dining area and fully equipped country-style kitchen incl. wood-burning stove. The holiday home is not located in an alpine ski area - the nearest ski area is approx. 1.5 hours' drive from the house. (Maribor, Salzstiegl etc.) The house has central heating with integrated underfloor heating in the sanitary areas (bathroom/WC). The freshly scented bed linen, all the cooking utensils and tableware as well as hand and bath towels are included in the service, as is the wood provided for the wood-burning stove on cosy evenings in the eat-in kitchen. We are happy to organise bread rolls for breakfast if you wish. In the warmer months, our organic orchard with its pretty garden shed invites you to barbecue and linger. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the fruit available in the garden. Fresh herbs for good cooking await you in our garden, and our outbuilding offers a secure, lockable parking space for your bicycles or motorbikes.
