Here you will not only enjoy a favoured location in the middle of the Carinthian snowy landscape, but also the unique charm of our accommodation, which boasts a small garden offering a panoramic and sunny location. Ideal for families, friends and all winter sports enthusiasts looking for an unforgettable stay in the mountains.

The interior of our flat leaves nothing to be desired. A cosy living room with kitchenette, equipped with oven and dishwasher, provides the perfect setting for shared meals and relaxed evenings. The sofa bed and another sofa in front of a large window invite you to linger with a view of the garden. Two spacious bedrooms, connected by a sliding door, offer space for up to six people with two double beds and a bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine and is equipped with a washbasin, bidet, shower and WC, also ensure your comfort.

Outside, an idyllic little garden invites you to relax in the sun or build snowmen with the children. The direct proximity to the ski slopes makes our flat the ideal starting point for your snow adventure, be it skiing, snowboarding or simply enjoying the winter landscape.

The Bad Kleinkirchheim region with the villages of Falkert and Sankt Oswald offers winter sports enthusiasts a true paradise with 103 km of pistes, most of them with artificial snow, 25 ski lifts and 12 km of cross-country ski trails. Away from the pistes, the area also attracts visitors with winter hiking trails, toboggan runs and the opportunity to take part in snowshoe hikes. Not forgetting the two public spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim, which provide relaxation after an active day in the mountains.
