You can benefit from this well-presented holiday apartment in a quiet location at the heart of Vienna, on a quiet side alley to Liechtensteinstraße, very close to the Bauernfeldplatz and just a five-minute walk to the tram, bus and U-Bahn station. It is in the attic of the stylish residential house from the Gründerzeit, where you can enjoy your stay with a wonderful view from the roof terrace of the garden of the Lycee Français. Let the lift take you conveniently to your apartment on the fourth floor. The light three-room apartment provides 70m² of living space and has an entrance area with cloakroom space and a separate WC, two bedrooms, a living room, a fully-equipped built-in kitchen and a daylight bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The second room is a living room-bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed. Plenty of cupboards provide storage space. You can relax on the sofa bed and an armchair with a coffee table after a day trip. The flatscreen TV provides entertainment in the evening. The lounge has a large, antique dining and desk table. Sit on the four armchairs for sociable evenings. This room also has a second flatscreen TV with a stereo system. The fully-equipped ktichen enables comprehensive self-catering with a dishwasher, a four-zone hob with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom has a bath and shower attachment with a shower screen, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The roof terrace faces the French Lycee and is absolutely quiet. There are two bicycles in the cellar available for use for a fee. The accommodation is in a trendy area. It is just a few minutes on foot to the “Servitel district”, with its good localities. It is a short distance on foot, by bike or public transport to the Stephansdom. You can take a direct tram from the main train station or State Opera to the apartment. It is a few minutes’ walk to the world-famous Gartenpalais of the Liechtenstein dukes, the Strudelhofstiege and the Sigmund Freund Museum. There is a parking garage nearby. The neighbouring Hotel Harmonie or the trendy bar “Liechtenstein 42” invite you in for breakfast. At lunchtime you can eat at authentic Viennese restaurants, such as the Wickerl, Landsknecht or Stomach nearby.
