Description

The house is situated in a beautiful spot about one and a half kilometres above Flattach. Thanks to its ideal location, there is hardly a day when you are not greeted by the sun in the morning.

The ground-level exit takes you to the sun terrace and you can really enjoy the peace and quiet in the large garden. You will find plenty of garden furniture, deckchairs and a beautiful pergola to celebrate a nice summer party with your friends or family. The plot is approx. 1700 square metres in size and therefore offers enough space for your children to really let off steam. Of course, there is also a swing, a slide, a sandpit and a small tree house for our little guests.
New since summer 2021 is a heated pool, which you can also use free of charge. For guests' cars, the landlord provides two parking spaces in the carport and one or two additional parking spaces free of charge.

The fully furnished flat for up to ten people has its own entrance and is approx. 100m² in size. In the spacious kitchen you will find a dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, toaster and all the important utensils for cooking and eating. There is also a cosy seating area. In the living room you will find three pull-out double sofas as well as a wall unit with stereo system, TV and SAT, video recorder and DVD player. In the first bedroom you will find a double bed and two single beds. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a single bed. There is a TV with SAT in both bedrooms. The large bathroom has a double washbasin, bathtub, extra shower, bidet and a washing machine. There is also a separate WC in the flat. The holiday flat also has underfloor heating and shutters. There is parquet flooring in the living rooms and bedrooms.

The village with its shopping facilities is approx. one and a half kilometres away.

If required, a cot, high chair and changing mat can be provided.
