Welcome to the fully furnished, newly renovated studio with a spacious balcony and your own parking space in the garage! Enjoy your espresso from the portafilter espresso machine on the couch or on the balcony. Smoking is not permitted in the flat, but is of course allowed on the balcony. With the 40 MBit internet connection you are immediately online!
The flat is cleaned every fortnight. You can determine the time of cleaning when you move in.
