The newly renovated Penthouse is located in Kaprun, only a few steps to the town. The ski bus stop is very close to the apartment house (ca. 150 m). It will take you to the Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn skiing resort. Restaurants, Shops and supermarkets are within a few minutes by car. Ask us for Tauern Spa packages.

Since 30 November 2019, the town of Kaprun is linked to the Kitzsteinhorn for the first time. With the opening of the 3K K-onnection, Maiskogel Family Mountain and the Kitzsteinhorn will be united: absolute comfort, ski-in-ski-out from the town of Kaprun and a unique panoramic ride.

The 2-storey Penthouse has 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bathroom, sleeps 4-6 persons. On the lower floor you will find the master bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with dining and sofa bed and access to the balcony with wonderful view of the town and mountains. Through the circular stairs you can reach the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, each with double bed and TV.
