Auch die Loipe, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt, ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. NACHHALTIGKEIT wird im WALDner großgeschrieben, der Großteil des Stromes wird aus der eigenen PV Anlage gezogen, Wärme wird durch die eingebaute Umluftwärmepumpe erzeugt und auch eine hauseigene E-Tankstelle setzt ein großes Zeichen.
