Attractive, small apartment house, sunny and quiet, in the district of Milders, with a fantastic view of the Stubai mountains and direct connection to the cross-country ski trail (1,000 m above sea level). Active as well as relaxing winter days await you: the landlords will be happy to spoil you with a bread roll service or with a delicious breakfast (for a fee). The bathrooms were renovated in 2022, the apartments are equipped with hard floors. The Stubaital offers unforgettable impressions and with four ski areas a large selection for all winter sports enthusiasts. Milders is located approx. 1 km from Neustift village and approx. 12 km from the Stubai Glacier and is an ideal starting point for guests who would like to ski on the Stubai Glacier. A free ski bus takes you directly to the valley station at the Mutterbergalm. The town itself offers restaurants and two ski rental stations. On evenings when it's okay to be a little later, you're in good hands in the nearby village of Neustift with its bars, pubs and discotheques. Look forward to an active winter holiday in the Stubaital. Highlights : 2x per week sauna use Activities nearby: The Stubai Glacier (approx. 12 km away) offers absolute snow security from the beginning of October to the end of May. The Elfer, Neustift's local mountain, is around 1.5 km away and has a chairlift, 2 tow lifts and an 8 km long toboggan run at the Elfer lift, which is illuminated and has snowmaking facilities
