Enjoy golf from the Kitzbühel golf course. There are also many hiking and walking trails and mountain bike routes nearby to explore the surroundings. The beach is just 3 minutes away. You can find restaurants at 100 m and a supermarket at 1 km. All modern amenities have been arranged for relaxation. There is an outdoor bubble bath, a decorative fireplace, and a Stube bar to enjoy the evenings together. The bedrooms are bath attached with double bed and balcony.
