Apartment 3 is 55 m² in size and suitable for 4 people. It has a beautiful bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and a pull-out double sofa bed can accommodate a total of 4 people. Tenants have free use of the apartment terrace and terrace furniture. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbühel Horn. There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer available. (Sauna for Top 2 and Top 3 shared use) PARKING: the parking place for this apartment is opposite the house (see house rules) Please note that you obligatory need to register at the accomodation at your arrival!!
