This modern apartment complex with 13 stylish units is just a short walk from the center of St. Margarethen. The newly renovated apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) and was completely modernized in 2023 – featuring new flooring, a new kitchen, and a spacious, tastefully designed layout. Ideal for winter sports enthusiasts: The lift to the Aineck/Katschberg ski area, as well as the ski school and ski rental shop, are practically on your doorstep. In summer, the region also offers numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as the idyllic mountain lakes of the Lungau Nature Park, which can be reached in about 30 minutes. The apartment includes a covered parking space in the underground garage. Additionally, up to three free outdoor parking spaces are available directly in front of the building, subject to availability and prior reservation. The bright living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, TV, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and oven.
