The very bright living and dining area offers a large balcony door to the southwest terrace. Parking is available directly on site. In the village of Tillmitsch there is a grocery store with a tobacconist and snack bar (open Sundays until noon), traditional inns and a wine bar. A leisurely walk along the Laßnitz with a visit to the bird island (in the direction of Lang bei Lebring) will delight you. The state capital Graz can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Both the South Styrian and Kitzecker Wine Routes can be reached by car in 20 to 25 minutes and are ideal for a bike tour. Nothing stands in the way of a trip to the vineyards. Ideal for nature lovers and a successful stay for every season. In the summer months, the nearby Sulmseen, the Pratter Flussbad (Zum steinernen Wehr) or the municipal (adventure) pools in Leibnitz offer plenty of cooling and bathing fun!
