The apartment is located in a leafy, privately owned complex, just a few meters from the promenade and the shores of Lake Wörthersee. The town center with its famous casino is approximately 500 meters away. Our apartment is comfortably furnished. At 38 square meters, this self-catering accommodation offers a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, a dining area and TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an entrance hall, a balcony with lake views, and an underground parking space. The complex also includes a large lawn for sunbathing. The double bed is a custom-made Murphy bed that can be folded away into a closet during the day to save space. Includes a beach access package – free entry to 10 swimming pools in the surrounding area.
