With 4 well-appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), and 3 toilets, it is the ideal base for several families or a group of friends looking to enjoy nature, comfort, and quality time together. The spacious living room features a cosy fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or sightseeing. The open-plan layout ensures everyone can be together, whether you're preparing a meal, playing a game, or enjoying a drink by the fire. Winter in the blue Ardennes. This family house for 2 till 12p is amasing for great moment all together with kids and dorgs included. Moments of walking among the leaves in the forests of Spa, cycling, diving in quarries of Sprimont and la Gombe, kayaking or going to plopsa Coo. Beautiful forest walks in the neighborhood with the dogs are an asset that can swim further down the river and waterfalls. The beautiful outdoor and indoor swimming pools of Spa, Theux and Aywaille are nearby to animate your hot days with slides or to refresh you. The Nigelspo hiking river and waterfall is a few kilometers walk or by car from the house.
It is very centrally located close to the high Fens of Spa, Remouchamps (caves and wild adventure park within walking distance) and Aywaille (safari wild park). It is ideal for cyclists, hikers, ski or snowboard, mountain or sports bikers, formula 1 fans, located close to the redoubt for cycling enthusiasts where also the tour de France and Liège Bastogne pass Liège in the street, and divers who go to Sprimont or la Gombe for Quarries diving (12min).
The ideal city trip to Durbuy, Liege, Aywaille, Remouchamps, Spa, Maastricht or Aachen ... everything close to a maximum of 30 minutes' drive ..
At the farmer's house a few houses away you can buy fresh cow's milk, cheese, meat or an ice cream at a good Ardennes price and quality. . Even if you go for 3 weeks you can never visit everything that is in the neighborhood.
