In the heart of the Condroz and close to the Ardennes lies Domaine sur les Sarts, an 18th-century castle farmhouse converted into a luxury hotel with luxurious gîtes, a restaurant and reception rooms. There is a shared swimming pool area that houses a traditional panoramic sauna, a Nordic bath, a heated pool (open from May to September) and a petanque court. Discover the Condroz: a beautiful, rural region that makes the hearts of lovers of charming villages, impressive landscapes and authentic castles beat faster. This residence is a paradise for a well-deserved vacation in the middle of nature. In the shared garden, you can set up a barbecue grill and enjoy delicious steaks with other guests. The clean lines of the interior combined with traditional materials give the place an authentic charm. The La Petite Auberge" restaurant is located in the stables of the old Seigneurie and serves dishes prepared with local produce. Parking facility is available on the premises. A utilities & service fee of EUR 195,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.

Tips from owner:
Please note: the open fire works with bioethanol (ecological system), at 6 euros per liter. The swimming pool is open from may to september, depending on the outside temperatures (if below 14 degrees, a heat pump cannot operate efficiently). The cold water bath is accessible from May 1 to September 30 The estate now offers a wellness, relaxation and rest area called Naturessence. Massages must be booked 48 hours in advance. A few days before the stay, the owner sends an email with all the practical details for check-in. No overflow, no party will be tolerated in order to guarantee the tranquility of the neighbors. Any disrespect or noise at night will mean immediate expulsion.
