Situated in a sunny, quiet detached house with two other rental flats, this idyllic domicile on a 2000 sqm plot offers the ideal retreat - just a few steps from the centre and nearby beaches. Inside, an air-conditioned and comfortable 40 m² flat on the second floor awaits you, designed with attention to detail. A spacious 15 m² bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables offers a heavenly night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror, WC, washing machine and an outside window. The living area boasts a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a lounge corner with futon, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet connection. A furnished terrace invites you to relax outside. Outside, a garden adorned with plants and flowers invites you to linger. A communal barbecue area is available for cosy dinners in the open air, while free parking next to the house guarantees maximum convenience. Bicycles can be provided on request and at an extra charge, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. The centre of Bašanija is just a few minutes' walk away, with excellent restaurants offering fresh fish menus, as well as bars, an ATM, a bakery and a supermarket. The surrounding countryside, known for its clear air, rich in pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, offers both sandy and pebble beaches in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. This holiday flat is the ideal base for anyone who appreciates the beauty of life in the midst of unspoilt nature. * Pets are not allowed * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests - to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment in the accommodation with care, - Leave containers empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to notify the owner of any damage caused, that the owner, after an accurate assessment of the damage, will require payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of your stay. * Customised transport is possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
