Spacious apartment on the beach 1

The house is right by the beach (first row) on the southern side of Korcula Island. You just have to cross the garden and jump into the sea!

The nearest towns are Blato and Vela Luka, both c. 8 km away, so having car is highly recommended.

The balcony is accessed from the living room. There are two electric awnings providing shelter from the sun.

The apartment of around 100m² is on the first floor and is suitable for four to six people. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a living room with an integrated kitchen. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed 160cm wide and have their own modern bathroom, fitted either with a bath or a shower, as well as a WC. The centrepiece of the apartment is the large living room, which comprises a sitting area with a TV where you can relax in the evening, a dining space with a large table and six chairs, and an open kitchen in the middle of the room between the sitting corner and the dining space. The sofa can be converted into a bed for two people. You can have meals at the dining table in front of the open kitchen, as well as sit and make plans for the next day or play board games. The centrally situated kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

The house is surrounded with wonderful nature, crystal clear sea and vacation properties only.
Ideal place for a relaxing vacation with lot's of swimming, sunbathing and long walks or for those who like adrenaline: cycling, diving, water sports.
