In the ideal harmony of nature and luxury, Villa Mandalina (4 *) is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian architecture.


The excellently equipped, spacious and functional villa with swimming pool, tennis court, bocce alley and many other sports and entertainment options offers the opportunity to spend your moments of rest and relaxation in your own way.


The Villa Mandalina is completely fenced and surrounded by green hedges. The entrance on the north side leads to a free parking lot for four cars and is part of a landscaped courtyard with a children's playground and a mini golf course (6 game variants). The children's playground on a secure surface is equipped with a swing, a climbing house, a slide and a sandpit.


The villa is on three levels and is ideal for up to eight (8) guests with four (4) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and two terraces. On the first level (basement) in a full area there is the so-called "Man Cave", which serves to relax and entertain the whole family. A corner with a wine shop, a pool table (9 feet), table football, darts, play and sound equipment will delight both young and slightly older guests.


You feel at home in this house, because on the second level (high floor) you have a kitchen that is equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils for preparing and serving food, refrigerators and dishwashers. There are two large dining tables for eight (8) people, one of which is in the closed part and the other on the open, covered terrace with a gas grill (WeberTM).


The ground floor has a bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine. There is an internal stone staircase on the upper floor, which is secured by a railing and a handrail. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two spacious rooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and an outside terrace with a pergola with seating (high quality rattan). The outdoor pool (47 m2 - 9.4 mx 5 m) and the beautifully designed sundeck offer you real moments of relaxation. In addition to first-class sun loungers and parasols, there is a high-quality seating set.


Fans of sporting activities have a table tennis table, bicycles, a professional tennis court (dimensions 10.97 mx 23.77 m) and a boccie alley (dimensions 4 mx 25 m) are available. Outside the property there is a basketball court and a small soccer field. The villa offers a breathtaking view over the fields and orchards towards Biokovo - a mountain with a root in the sea and a glimpse of lightning.


The Biokovo Nature Park with the 1762-meter summit of Sveti Jure offers a panoramic view of the sea and the islands, the Imotski region, the mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring Italy. The Villa Mandalina is located on a 1 hectare family business with an orchard with 350 trees of different types of fruit: cherries, cherries, almonds, figs, pomegranates, quinces, plums, walnuts, grapes, apples and apricots.


Our guests are also offered handmade fruit syrups, jams, cherry wine and cherry liqueur (cherry brandy) of the highest quality - products from the Mandalina family. The location of the whole place can be crossed by a pleasant walk, as the traffic is minimal except on the main street.
