The property with two houses is rented exclusively for you, a group of 9 people. New house with glass surface and 50 m2 living space is newly equipped. Holiday home Maja with swimming pool, garden, barbecue and children's playground is a beautiful house that offers its guests a unique atmosphere for a peaceful vacation. This cozy holiday home is located in Proložac, in a small place near Imotski. The location with many natural beauties, historical sites, unexplored and romantic places is an ideal destination for lovers of geotourism, ecotourism, cultural, gastronomic, religious tourism or adventure. A promenade leads around the Prološko Blato Lake, on which you can walk or ride a bike. There is also a fishing lake nearby. The newly built house of 50 m2 has the new kitchen living area, the new toilet with washing machine and dryer. A new wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which is equipped with a newly renovated bedroom with a bathroom and a balcony (glass surfaces). In the other house (leftside) there is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet. On the groundfloor of this unit is also additional kitchen with dining area. The house offers free WiFi, free parking, towels and bed linen, so everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. An entertainment area with table football, table tennis, darts is available for family fun. In the garden there is a large private pool, a play area and a cozy BBQ area. Next to the pool there are comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area for pleasant socializing and relaxation. The spacious pool and the beautiful sun terrace are surrounded by fruit trees and vineyards and offer you true moments of rest and invite you to stay for hours. The house is located in a quiet area through which the Suvaja River flows, which contains a promenade and a cycle path along its course. In the vicinity there are several shopping centers, several restaurants and cafes, as well as various tourist attractions. This stunning villa is located 10 minutes from the historic town of Imotski, famous for its stunning lakes, and 30 minutes from the beautiful Makarska Riviera. You will surely discover some of the treasures of the region and can relax in absolute tranquility. The Imotski region is known for wine growing and rural culture with good gastronomic offer. A traditional restaurant with wine tasting, wine cellar and delicious local products is just a 5-minute walk away. The small quiet village is a unique location for nature lovers and families because of the picturesque green landscape, many natural phenomena are just a few minutes drive away. Here you can ride horses at Ranch Medvidovic. Visit one of many wineries, taste delicious food, delicious local products in nice traditional restaurants. The magnificent Biokovo Mountain is incredibly suitable for hiking. Biokovo Nature Park has stunning scenery, wild horses and goats, the remains of old settlements, alpine plants, forests and wildflowers. In just 10 minutes you can reach the nearest motorway, allowing you to visit all major cities in a short time. Imotski (10 minutes), Trogir (1 hour), Split (40 minutes), Zadar (1.30 hours). There are also four national parks nearby: NP Krka (1 hour), NP Plitvicka jezera (3 hours). Possibility to organize quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes just for you. In the area you can choose from many activities such as rafting, zipline over Cetina river in Omiš, horseback riding, cultural events or nightlife in Split.
