This property has beautiful sea view and it's surrounded with nice landscaped olive grove (5000 m2). Free parking is available on site. Property offers 3 sunbeds at the beach and it is included in the price. This beautiful studio apartment is a perfect fit for up to 3 persons. It features free WiFi, air conditioning, TV and well equipped kitchenette. Private bathroom comes with shower. Iron and ironing board and BBQ are at guest disposal. Furnished terrace and sea view is at guests disposal. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic centers, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. This property is located 20 m from pebbled beach which has sand inside, and 500m from small fisherman’s village called Drace. Various restaurants and bars can be found in vicinity. Grocery store and bakery can be reached within 800 meters. Ferry Port Prapratno, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, is 20 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 100 km away.
