The flat is in a quiet location about five minutes' walk from the old town.
The outdoor area with terrace, comfortable garden furniture and jaccuzi has an area of 120 m².
This modern and spacious holiday flat is spread over two floors and has a living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living/dining room is furnished with a sofa bed for a maximum of one child or teenager, a dining table, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, all appliances and sufficient cutlery and crockery. The bedrooms all have a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The third bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a fourth separate toilet. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub has a balcony with views of the old town and the sea and an LED TV.
The central yet quiet location is much appreciated. Within a five-minute walk you are in the old town. There are several restaurants and cafés there, as well as worthwhile sights such as the cathedral and several museums. You can also reach the beach just as quickly.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have WiFi. The flat has a separate entrance with intercom.
