It features views of the sea, the island of Lokrum, Dubrovnik Old Town and City walls view. All important monuments, galleries, churches, museums, restaurants, caffe bars, performances are within a short walking distance. The cable car station is 150 m from the apartment as well as the bus stop for City bus No 8 (to Gruz - port of Dubrovnik) and No 5 (to Lapad peninsula).

There is a big terrace in the garden, covered by a pergola - it is for the sole use of guests staying in this apartment. Of course that is a very pleasant space where you can enjoy your drink and where smoking is allowed.
