Studio apartment up to 3 persons is located in elite part of Dubrovnik- Ploce area, only 150 m walking distance from the Old Town, only 100 m from the popular Tpwn beach Banje. All important monuments, museums, galleries, churches, restaurants, caffe bars, performances are on a short walking distance.
In front of studio apartment there is a private terrace in the garden for sole use, with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and where smoking is allowed.
Studio consists of 1/3 room (double bed + single bed), bathroom (shower, toilette) and kitchenette. It has a private entrance on the ground floor of our stone family house.
Studio is surrounded by neighboring gardens and villas. The bus stop for city bus No 8 (to the port) and No 5 (to Lapad peninsula), as well as the cable car station is 150m from the apartment.The main beach Banje as well as the eastern entrance to the Old Town (Ploce gate) is 150m walking distance.The cable car and the bus stop for City buses is 100m away as well as the mini market.All important sights, restaurants and bars are in a short walking distance.
We have our private parking space BUT IT IS NECESSARY TO RESERVE A PARKING PLACE AT THE MOMENT OF BOOKING THE APARTMRNT.
