Villa „Marini Dvori“ is a former summer residence that belonged to one of Dubrovnik"s noble family Pucic-Pitarevic. The old residence was built in 16 century, a Golden Age of Dubrovnik Republic. However it was recently renewed and adapted for guests. As every noble residence, this one has also one small family chapel. Pitarevic family still ownes this beautiful residence that is situated at a peaceful and delightful location on Lapad peninsula. It is ideal for tranquil and relaxed vacation in an atmosphere of an old residence as it once used to be.

Distance to the nearest beach is about 500m. Nearby guests can find different restaurants, also one small supermarket, a post office and ATM machine, that can be reach within a few minutes of walking.Directly nearby is bus stop that can take guests to the Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is just aprox. 2,5 km away.

Description:The apartment of 100m2 is situated on the first floor with separated entrance. Entering the apartment you can see the full equipped kitchen with big table where guests can take their meals. Kitchen has dishwasher, big refrigerator with separate icicle, gas cooking stove, electrical oven and other extras.Two bedrooms with private bathrooms. One room has a shower / WC and one bathroom with jacuzzi and a toilet. Spacious living room is equipped with satellite TV, leather and antique furniture, with an amazing view of the beautiful garden with flowers and citrus fruits. All rooms are air-conditioned.
