Dubrovnik has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. The wettest months are October, November and December. Summer days can be intensely hot, but humidity is moderate and gentle breezes ensure very cool, pleasant evenings.West Bed Room with King’sbed sleeps two persons overlooking the sea is 22m²(237) ft² with Air Condition and a private bathroom with toilet and a small kitchen in hallway so far. The West Bed Room has a refrigerator, a TV and a radio alarm clock. From East and West terraces, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the island Lokrum and Old Town. The Old Town, the center of all happenings, with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, together with many cozy restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls you can reach in 3 minutes walk. For the winter season the house is equipped with a central heating system. (apply charge)

The west-facing terrace offers a wonderful view of the island of Lokrum and the old town.

The sightseeing of Dubrovnik and its monuments requires several days. However, already a walk through Stradun, through narrow streets and small squares, monumental ramparts and fortresses, provides enough opportunities to experience the millennial beauty of its shell-shaped urban core, centuries of building, stone-cutting, carving and engraving, the history of the Duke's Palace, libraries, the oldest pharmacy and the city’s 15th century synagogue in the south of Europe, etc.

Dubrovnik has an efficient public bus system. Buses run from 5 am to midnight, from Pile Gate in the Old Town. Fares are standard: 15 kn for tickets bought from the driver.. The old town is pedestrianized, therefore taxis do not enter this area and those with rental cars will have to park in specially designated areas outside the gates. Metered taxis are, however, available at the bus station, Gruz harbor, Pile Gate and Ploce Gate.
