Apartment Neve - Two Bedroom Apartment

House:
The apartment Neve is situated inside the city walls; only 150 meters from the UNESCO-listed Old Town and the famous Stradun Promenade. This lovely apartment consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living area and private bathroom. Ironing facilities are provided to the guests as well. A pick-up service from and to the airport can be organized for an additional cost, as well as daily trips to various nearby destinations This lovely apartment consists of two bedrooms; one with the double bed and other with a single bed. Living area is connected with the dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. Apartment is air conditioned and features free WiFi connection. Private bathroom is fitted with a shower and hairdryer. Ironing facilities are provided to the guests as well. This one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. Apartment Neve is situated inside the city walls; only 150 meters from the famous Stradun Promenade and St. Blaise's Church. It is also surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants serving Mediterranean specialties. Numerous shops, galleries and entertainment options are available within a few steps. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATMs. The famous sandy beach Banje can be reached in 800 meters and many more of them in surrounding area. There is also beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride from the old city port. Guests can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the city and the islands while riding the Dubrovnik cable car, located about 900 meters from Apartment Neve. If you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, you can be there in a 10 minute drive. On Pile gate only 300 meters from the apartment is bus stop which provides frequent lines to the other parts of the town. There is a taxi station also. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Staying at Apartment Neve was an absolute delight! The location couldn't be better—just a short stroll to the Stradun Promenade, We loved being so close to the heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town, The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, The kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the dining area for family meals, The two bedrooms were spacious, and the private bathroom was a nice touch, We had a fantastic time exploring nearby attractions like the Walls of Dubrovnik and the Rector's Palace, all within walking distance, Highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy Dubrovnik!

Excellent experience in all aspects,Everything is fantastic from the property&#39,s owner, Neve, and the location is perfect, The place is also very clean, If I could make one suggestion for improving the apartment it would be to install an extractor fan in the kitchen so that the entire property does not smell like food while cooking, as well as an extractor fan in the toilet to keep moisture out, During our stay, we opened the windows everytime we cooked or had a shower, It is OK in warmer weather, but in cold weather, I will be hesitant to open the windows,\nOverall, it was a fantastic experience in every way,

The place was super cozy and had all the amenities we needed, I loved the fully equipped kitchen since we cooked a few meals ourselves, The location was perfect, just a few steps to Pile Gate and all the restaurants, Just a heads up, WiFi was kinda slow at times, but it didn't ruin our trip, Overall, would totally recommend and stay here again!

The directions we had to reach the apartment were fantastic, It was beautifully furnished and equipped and very clean, It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our 4 nights, The owner and her husband were there to greet us and even provided a bottle of wine to welcome us! There was always plenty of hot water and towels and toiletries, The city is over run with tourists from the cruise ships but we were tucked away and could avoid them as and when we wanted to! We bought a one day Dubrovnik card and went in the museums, priories, churches and explored all the little alley ways away from the crowds,

The apartment we stayed in was perfect, namely it had all the features i am looking for the apartment when i travel: good location, cleanliness, wifi and functionality, Besides that, it was spacious and very cosy - perfect for 3 people, The owners were also extremely nice and they let us in the apartment before our check-in time (6 hours eariler) which we truly appreciated,
