Guest House Misita - Triple Room with Balcony and Sea View

Guest House Misita, located in Babin Kuk, is the best choice if you want to spend your vacations in peace and quiet environment, far from the city crowds, and also to have nearby all you need during your holidays. Property offers three accommodation units, all featuring WiFi and air-conditioning. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in. Laundry service is available upon request and with no additional charge. Free public parking is available off site. This triple room with balcony and sea view features WiFi, air-conditioning and refrigerator. Private bathroom includes shower. Balcony with an outdoor seating area offers beautiful view of the city and the bay as well. Common outdoor kitchen is at guest's disposal. Parking is free, public and off site. Laundry service is available upon request and with no additional charge. Guest House Misita is situated in a vibrant Babin Kuk neighborhood only 3.5 km away from the historic Old Town and a short walk away from the best beaches Dubrovnik has to offer. Bus station with a direct line to the Old City of Dubrovnik is 250 meters away and in the neighborhood you will find plenty restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and ATM's. Lapad Promenade is just 200 meters away from the accommodation. Shopping center DOC is 500 m away on foot. Main bus station and ferry port are across the bay, 2.5 km away from the apartment. Dubrovnik Airport is 23 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Jeg boede for nylig på Guest House Misita, og det var en dejlig oplevelse, Det tredobbelte værelse med balkonen tilbød fantastisk udsigt over bugten, især ved solnedgang, Beliggenheden er perfekt - kun en kort busrejse fra Gamlebyen, plus du er tæt på smukke strande, Det udendørs køkken var en dejlig detalje, der gjorde det muligt for os at nyde måltider, mens vi indåndede den friske havluft, Værterne var varme og imødekommende, hvilket gjorde vores ophold endnu mere behageligt, Anbefales kraftigt til alle, der ønsker at undslippe byens larm!

We loved staying at Guest House Misita! The room was super spacious and had everything we needed, The balcony was our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the morning while soaking in that amazing sea view, Plus, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, The bus to Old Town was super close, so getting around was easy, Would definitely come back!

Recently returned from Croatia and spent 3 nights at this property, The owners are lovely and really made us feel welcome, It is a room only property but we did have a fridge in the room, Room was older looking than other properties we stopped at it Croatia but the location is great if you want to escape the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik(and the prices), The owner has a building within the property grounds that he has kitted out as a kitchen so you can cook food if you want breakfast or to stay in at night, We did one night and sat on our shared balcony watching the sunset, Lovely side view from the property across the water and it was a really quiet location, 10/15 min walk to the main bars, restaurants and sea front, Supermarkets (2) closely located, Bus stop 5 mins away that takes you inot Dubrovnik and worked out at 15 Kuna each way and run frequently and if my memory serves me well until 2am, The owners really made our stay here a memorable one and it was nice to chat to them each day, they were helpful with anything we had to ask, Would recomment, lovely end to our Croatian adventure,

Recently returned from Croatia and spent 3 nights at this property, The owners are lovely and really made us feel welcome, It is a room only property but we did have a fridge in the room, Room was older looking than other properties we stopped at it Croatia but the location is great if you want to escape the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik(and the prices), The owner has a building within the property grounds that he has kitted out as a kitchen so you can cook food if you want breakfast or to stay in at night, We did one night and sat on our shared balcony watching the sunset, Lovely side view from the property across the water and it was a really quiet location, 10/15 min walk to the main bars, restaurants and sea front, Supermarkets (2) closely located, Bus stop 5 mins away that takes you inot Dubrovnik and worked out at 15 Kuna each way and run frequently and if my memory serves me well until 2am, The owners really made our stay here a memorable one and it was nice to chat to them each day, they were helpful with anything we had to ask, Would recomment, lovely end to our Croatian adventure,

We really enjoyed our stay at the guest house Misita, The best thing about the room was the beautiful view from the balcony, Here you can sit and enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner or just sip to a glass of wine, The family lives downstairs and are very helpful and easy to communicate with, The guesthouse is situated on a hill, so to get there you need to walk either downswards or upwards a steep hill for a short length, depends on which directon you come from, but this is no problem for a normal fit person, It's 10 mins walk to the Lapad Beach, and with a nice walk along the water you can get to Coral Beach and copacabana beach in 25mins, The old town is 10 min away with bus nr ,6, The room is big and brihgt and has air condition, We would definietley reccomend this accomodation,
