Apartments and Room Frane - Studio with Terrace

House:
Apartments & Room Frane are located in Lapad, only 15 minutes from the nearest beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town, perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation. Kindly note: Public parking is available near by, reservation is not possible and charges are applicable. Studio apartment features free WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV, as well as kitchenette fitted with microwave, refrigerator, water kettle, coffee maker and dining area. Bathroom comes with shower and hair dryer. Kindly note: Baby cot is available upon request and with additional charge of 5 euros per day. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are found within 10 minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theatre. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery. This location is perfect for guests, being close to the touristic centre, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
