Rooms Rita - Double Room with Private Bathroom (No. 1)

House:
Rooms Rita are located in Dubrovnik, one of the most famous and beautiful cities on the Adriatic sea. Property offers two air-conditioned accommodation units. Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure. Laundry service is available for an additional charge of 5 euros. This Room features shared furnished terrace and Private Bathroom fitted with Shower, Hair Dryer and free Toiletries. Free WiFi and TV are provided. Shared Kitchen comes with Refrigerator, Oven, Water Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee maker, Dishwasher and Kitchen utensils. Washing machine and Ironing facilities are available for an additional charge. This double room can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. Room Rita is located in Gornji Kono, 1.5 km away from the Dubrovnik Old Town. The nearest beach is located 2 km away, while the nearest market can be found at 400 m distance from the property. Bus station is at 250 m distance and the nearest pharmacy can be found at 500 m distance. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 7 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

The rooms are separate bedrooms with locking doors in the house of a local couple, The bathroom is shared between the two guest rooms and the kitchen shared with the ownwers and the two guest rooms, The owners are a nice couple who are happy to sit and chat or give directions, The locarion is almost as far up the hill as it gets so there is a great view but the walk back from oldtown is hard work, however as long as you are not too late there is a bus stop nearby,
