Apartment Kalea - One Bedroom Apartment with Terrace A2+2

House:
Apartment Kalea is located in Gornji Kono area, ideal for guests who desire a quiet stay, yet within walking distance of the Old town. Sun loungers are at the guest disposal. Note : Private parking, reservation required. This air-conditioned one bedroom apartment features terrace overlooking the city. The bedroom offers a double bed while the living room has a convertible sofa for two, flat screen SAT TV, free WiFi access and a dinning area. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, refrigerator, toaster, water kettle, coffee machine and a washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and an separate toilet. The terrace is furnished with seating area and loungers. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. The most interesting sights can be seen in the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is 15 minutes walk from the apartment, as well as various beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries and banks. Guests can find bus station in 200 meters range. Nearest Bellevue beach is 900 m walking distance from the apartment. The nearest grocery store and a bar are 50 m away, while a restaurant can be found 500 m from the Apartment Kalea. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 5 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Vi havde et vidunderligt ophold på Apartment Kalea! Beliggenheden var perfekt - kun en hurtig gåtur til den gamle bydel, hvilket gjorde det muligt for os at udforske de charmerende gader uden besvær med parkering, Selve lejligheden var rummelig og komfortabel, med en dejlig terrasse, der tilbød en smuk udsigt over byen, Det var fantastisk at have et fuldt udstyret køkken til at forberede vores måltider, og aircondition var en lifesaver på de varme dage, Værterne var utrolig venlige og fik os til at føle os hjemme med det samme, Anbefaler stærkt dette sted til alle, der besøger Dubrovnik!

We had a lovely stay at Apartment Kalea, The terrace view was just beautiful, perfect for morning coffee! The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed, like a fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds, We walked to the Old Town in about 15 mins, which was easy and enjoyable, Just a heads up, the parking was a bit tricky to reserve but overall, not a huge deal, Definitely worth it for the price!
