Green Hills Apartment - One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View

House:
Green Hills Apartment is a lovely one bedroom apartment located in a quiet neighborhood in Lapad area. Luggage storage is  possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.  This one bedroom apartment features furnished balcony overlooking the sea, another balcony and a terrace with outdoor furniture at guests disposal. WiFi, SAT TV and air-conditioning are provided. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, water kettle, dishwasher and kitchenware. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also on guests disposal. Bathroom features shower and hairdryer. A bus station with a direct line to the Old City of Dubrovnik is close to the apartmentnand in the neighborhood you will find plenty restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, ATMs. Lapad Promenade is only 200 meters away from the accommodation with shopping center DOC down the street as is the nearest restaurant. Famous Lapad beach is only 300 m from the apartment. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 3 km from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Green Hills Apartment is such a vibe! The sea view from the balcony hits different, and the whole place just feels cozy, Perfect spot for chill hangs and posting those sunset pics, Plus, the bus to Old City is just around the corner, so it's easy to explore, Low-key obsessed with the kitchen setup too, made cooking meals a breeze
