Apartments Vi-La - Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment (Second Floor)

House:
Apartments Vi-La feature accommodation units located in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, Inside the City Walls. The property is located in a quiet area of the city center, while Dubrovnik main street Stradun, is steps away from the apartment. This property is not suitable for disabled people as there are stairs to climb to reach the accommodation. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and it is located on the second floor. It features free Wi Fi and air conditioning. Living room with sofa bed, dining area, and SAT TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, water kettle, and coffee maker. The bedroom features two single beds, baby cot, safety deposit box while the private bathroom is equipped with shower and a hair dryer. Washing machine is at guests disposal as well. Apartments Vi-La are located in the city center of Dubrovnik, inside the famous City walls. The Old Town’s central street Stradun is just few minutes walk away. The apartment is located just 800 meters from the nearest beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and supermarket just 270 m from the property. Bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine can be found within the range of 300 m. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 600 meters away. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 3 km from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Rose is a superb host especially for our first time in Dubrovnik, Excellent location in authentic Old Town and just below the Wall, The apartment #2 was top floor, quiet, spacious and comfortable and air conditioning was a bonus as it was 30c and sunny, Be prepared for lots of stairs up to the apartment,,,about 120 so pack light, But after 3 days we got used to them and is a great workout, Stairs are Everywhere in Old Town Dubrovnik but that&#39,s part of the charm and history, Highly recommend Vi-La Apartments!

Home from home but with attentive &quot,family&#39,Rosa not only met me but carried my heaviest bag up the steps to the beautiful peaceful apartment, Even the taxi driver carried it for me down the steps homebound! An extra soft mattress provided for me medical condition &amp, I felt like I was staying with family! Lovely people lovely place and great contacts !
