Apartment Ventula - Two Bedroom Apartment with Sea View

House:
Apartment Ventula is lovely two bedroom apartment located in Ploce, near Old Town Dubrovnik. Public parking is available to the guests. Charges are applicable and reservation is not possible. This lovely two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six persons. It features cable TV, WiFi and air condition. Spacious living room comes with sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped and has dining area. It offers two private bathrooms. Washing machine and ironing facilities are at guests disposal. Baby cot, baby feeder and child swing are available upon request. Everything you may need can be reached in 10 minutes walk. The nearest beach as well as supermarket, is 100 m away from the property. There is no need for public transit while you are staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, you can be there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk from the property. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21,5 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We had a lovely time in Dubrovnik and the apartment made it even more special with it’s delightful views,This apartment was in a great location and had fantastic views over looking the old town from each of the bedrooms, It was about a 10 minute walk to get into the old town, You do have to climb up stairs to get to the apartment, as mentioned in other reviews, but this is pretty common when staying within Dubrovnik old town area, We found the stairs manageable, especially when you see the view you get from the top, The apartment was so clean and welcoming, we could have stayed there for much longer, Even with 6 people in the apartment it was still spacious! Having two bathrooms was a treat, Each bedroom also had their own air conditioner, Nikol was a great host and assisted with anything that we needed, Would definitely stay here again,

The apartment was just as represented, which means excellent, We were shown in by the very welcoming and informative host, Spacious living room and kitchen&#47,dining room, two large bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, Splendid views of the old town and Lokrum island, About the steps - yes, there might be too many of them for some people, but they are practically unavoidable in this part of town, I guess it is the &quot,price&quot, you pay for the wonderful view, It is 100 steps down to the level of the street which then takes you to the Old Town in a pleasant five minute stroll, Also, 60 steps up from the building is the other main road with a well-supplied minimarket just across the street,
