Apartment Marilyn - Two Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Partial Sea View

Apartment Marilyn, located in Lapad, is the best choice if you want to spend your vacations in peace and quiet environment, far from the city crowds, and also to have nearby all you need during your holidays. Luggage storage before check ina and after check out is available, sot hat you can explore the area a bit more before departure. Free parking is available on site. This modern two bedroom apartment is a perfect fit for four persons. It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and TV. Kitchen is well equipped and comes with combined dining and seating area. Private bathroom comes with shower and hair dryer. Lovely furnished terrace with a partial sea view is at guests disposal. Baby cot is available upon request. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are a 6-minutes walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery. Apartment is 3.6 km away from Stradun and the Walls of Dubrovnik. Bus stop is 290 m away from the property. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 9 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22.4 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Sehr netter Gastgeber und vernünftiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. In die Stadt kommt man entweder zu Fuß bei etwa 1 Stunde Laufzeit oder aber mit Taxi oder oder Uber in etwa 10 Minuten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hatte keine störenden Geräusche oder oder Nachbarn. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber Empfehlung, wenn man abseits der Innenstadt wohnen will.

Vi boede i Apartment Marilyn i en uge, og ærligt talt var det perfekt til vores familie, Stedet var super rummeligt og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for, Køkkenet var godt udstyret, hvilket gjorde madlavning meget lettere, Vi nød at have vores morgenkaffe på terrassen med den dejlige delvise havudsigt, Plus, at være tæt på Lapad Bay Beach og de lokale restauranter var et stort plus, Bare en heads up, WiFi kunne være lidt ustabilt til tider, men alt i alt havde vi et virkelig afslappende ophold, Ville helt sikkert komme tilbage!

Die Lage in Lapad war perfekt für uns – ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe von vielen Geschäften und Restaurants, Die Wohnung selbst war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, was sie zu einer komfortablen Ausgangsbasis für die Erkundung von Dubrovnik machte, Wir liebten es, auf der Terrasse mit teilweisem Meerblick zu entspannen und morgens Kaffee zu trinken, Außerdem war es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Lapad Bay Beach, was ein großes Plus war! Würde es auf jeden Fall für Familien oder Gruppen empfehlen

Magnificent time spent in Dubrovnik!This apartment was a great choice! Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, cosy kitchen with places to eat, some basics like tea and coffee, and of course the incredible balcony with amazing views, The location was overlooking the main promenade to the beach, which was just a few minutes walk away, There you&#39,ll find a few restaurants, I recommend Pizza Mamma Mia - staff were really friendly and the pizza was delicious, Not on the promenade, but just 5 mins across the prom it&#39,s worth finding a Korean restaurant called Bonto, We had a tasty meal for a very reasonable price (for Dubrovnik standards!) The Old Town is about 10 mins away by taxi and was also walkable, Find Ginger cafe&#47,restaurant and have some Croatian food there, I highly recommend to do the walking trail that takes you to Copacabana Beach, amongst other beautiful places, You can start it from the beach, or from the street the apartment is on, The owner was very friendly and took time to show us the best things to do in Dubrovnik, and greeted us with water and juice, I would not hesitate to stay here again if (when!) I come back to Dubrovnik,

Heerlijke paar dagen gehad in dit mooie appartement met fantastische host!Net, ruim appartement met een leuk balkon met mooi uitzicht, Alles is schoon en overal is aan gedacht, Verder werden we zeer gastvrij en enthousiast ontvangen en kregen we direct leuke info over Dubrovnik, Locatie ten opzichte van het strand is prima en ook het oude centrum is per taxi snel te bereiken, Tevens is er parkeerplek op eigen terrein, We kunnen het appartement aanbevelen aan anderen en mochten we Dubrovnik nog eens bezoeken, komen we hier zeker terug!
