Apartment Velvet - Studio Apartment with Hot Tub

House:
Apartment Velvet is self catering accommodation located in Dubrovnik, only a couple of minutes from the nearest beach with many more in the surrounding area and a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The property features hot tub and it is available for guests in period 01.04.-01.11. Private parking is provided, reservation is not required. This lovely studio features seating area with free WiFi, air conditioning and SAT flat screen TV. Kitchenette features refrigerator, kettle, microwave, freezer, stove, coffee maker and highchair. Private bathroom with walk in shower is provided, so as linen and towels. Washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a beautiful sea side promenade are a 10-minute walk away. Lapad bay with its promenade and beaches is less then 15 minutes away. Bank and ATMs, grocery store and bakery are in 1 km range. This location offers a lot of opportunities to relax since guests can reach various lovely places in couple of minutes. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Vi hadde et vidunderlig opphold på Apartment Velvet, Stedet var rent og hadde alt vi trengte, Boblebadet var en fin detalj for å slappe av etter å ha utforsket Dubrovnik, Stranden er supernær, og gamlebyen er bare en rask tur unna, Vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet for alle som ønsker å slappe av og nyte sjøen!
