Fully enclosed, newly renovated (2104) luxury holiday villa with a private swimming pool
This exclusive holiday villa is situated on a 4000 sqm plot in the village of Mocici (region of Konavle), only approximately 20 min drive away from the historical centre of Dubrovnik.
In front of the villa there is a big terrace, a 40 sqm private swimming pool, BBQ and garden with olive trees. The property is fenced so you have absolute privacy. The pool and the garden face south and thus provide sun all day long.
The holiday villa has only recently been lovingly renovated. It boasts a living space of 200 sqm. Spread over two floors, it offers four double bedrooms, five bathrooms with shower, a 35sqm living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Each room has satellite TV and air conditioning.
The charming town of Cavtat is only a few minutes drive and offers shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, watersports and various activities. Direct boat to the old town of Dubrovnik and island of Lokrum runs from Cavtat each 30-60 min. Travel agencies offering various excursions, rent-a-bike, rent-a-car, rent-a-scooter are also to be found in Cavtat. Region of Konavle, as well is full of possibilities to enjoy nature, either walking, horse riding, ATV safari, cycling, trekking or running.
WiFi is free of charge, there is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home.
