If you want to escape the stress of everyday life and find peace in the untouched nature of the Dalmatian Zagora with its green hills and mystical lakes, book a holiday in this magnificent 5 * villa with a large private pool and a breathtaking view of the Ricice Valley with its green lake . The comfortable villa offers five bedrooms on 2 floors and thus offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday with friends or the extended family, far away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.

The villa extends over 3 floors - basement, ground floor and 1st floor. In the basement there is a multifunctional play room with billiards, table football, table tennis and fitness equipment. On the ground floor there is the main apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living area with a fireplace, which flows into the kitchen and dining area. From here you can get directly to the pool / garden area.

On the upper floor there are 2 further separate holiday apartments. The smaller one consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen, a large terrace with a panoramic view of the outdoor pool and the green lake. The second apartment on this floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with kitchen and two terraces with a view of the lake and the wild and romantic landscape.

The building has a living space of around 360 m² and is located on a completely fenced plot of over 2500 m². In addition to the residential building, there is a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, a garden pavilion, a heated infinity pool with jacuzzi and various terraces with seating, as well as a small children's playground. A closed parking space is available to guests on the property.

The heated pool is in operation from the beginning of June to the end of September, depending on the weather. The pool can be heated for an extra charge (10 € / day).

All 6 terraces of the villa offer a wonderful view of the neighboring valley with its scattered small villages and the Green Lake, where there is also the possibility of fishing.

The town of Imotski with its two famous lakes, the Blue and Red Lakes, is only a 20-minute drive away. The beautiful beaches of the Makarska Riviera, such as Brela, Baska Voda or Omis are only about a 45-minute drive away.
