This holiday villa is a stone house in the Makar hamlet above the town at the foot of the Biokovo mountain. It is a kilometre from the centre of Makarska and from the beach.Stone house with a beautiful garden and an outdoor whirlpool, above Makarska with a wonderful view of the sea and islands, with hiking and cycling paths starting right by the house
The garden has a grill with chairs and a large dining table, as well as deckchairs. It invites you to relax and affords a wonderful view of the sea and the islands. On the lower part of the site there is a whirlpool with an outdoor shower, surrounded by olive trees and flowers. There are three parking spaces on site.
The house consists of two floors. The ground floor comprises a large living room with a double sofa bed and a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, and a toilet. This area opens to the outdoors and the beautiful garden. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed 200cm wide and a balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The house has air conditioning throughout and an Internet connection. There is also under-floor heating in the living room and in the kitchen, but which is not for use in summer, only during the cooler season.
The beach a kilometre away is pebbled. There are shops and restaurants less than 1000 metres away. Hiking and cycling paths start right by the house, ideal for an active holiday.
It is a quietly situated holiday house with a whirlpool and a large garden with a sea view. A maximum of one pet is allowed at no additional cost. The object has a water supply outside and air conditioning can be used during the time when the guests are not in the house.
