Barbecue facilities, sun loungers, ironing facilities and a laundry room with washing machine will be at guests' disposal. Free private parking is available on site. Featuring its private pool with sun loungers, this four-bedroom villa offers two balconies and a terrace boasting views of the valley and the Adriatic Sea. Villa features free WiFi, air conditioning, private parking, ironing facilities and a laundry room with washing machine. Spacious living room comes with a flat-screen satellite TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dining area. Each bedroom has a bathroom, one has a spa bath. This four bedroom apartment is perfectly fit for up to 8 people. Apartment Villa Avoca is situated in Mlini, a lovely village near historic Dubrovnik, only 50 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Mlini is a small, idyllic fishing settlement located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage. Dubrovnik Airport is located 11 km from the property, while Dubrovnik Main Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various islands are 12 km away.

We had a fantastic stay here, Villa is beautiful and handily positioned for all the amenities on offer in Mlini, The owner Goran was amazing, and greeted us on arrival with his wife with a bottle of wine and beers! Nothing was too much trouble for them, regular pool cleaning and fresh towels throughout our stay and provided us with great advice and sorted out transport for 7 people when we needed it, I would thoroughly recommend Villa Avoca

Villa Avoca war ein fantastisches Urlaubsziel für unsere Familie! Der geräumige Grundriss war perfekt für unsere Gruppe von acht, wobei jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad hatte - so ein Luxus, Wir haben besonders den privaten Pool geliebt, in dem wir faule Nachmittage in der Sonne verbracht haben, Die Lage war ideal, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu schönen Stränden und lokalen Restaurants, Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und haben uns wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, Wir können es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren!
