Apartments Rašica Molunat - Triple Room Sea View

House:
Apartments Rašica Molunat are located in Molunat, a quiet little place in Konavle region, 30 minutes ride to the Old Town of Cavtat and an hour a ride to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Guest will have unlimited access to WiFi. Free private parking is available on site and luggage storage is available since the owner lives in the house. Clothes washing is available upon request with additional extra charge of 5 euros. This triple room features free WiFi, air-conditioning, SAT LCD TV, refrigerator and water kettle. Private bathroom comes with shower and hair dryer. Common terraces and balconies with outdoor kitchen and BBQ are also at your disposal. Molunat Bay, where the accommodation is located is perfect place for relaxing vacation. It is a small tourist and fishing village, situated 27 km from Cavtat and 43.5 km from Dubrovnik, known for it's peaceful beauty of the untouched nature, sandy beaches, thick pine woods and beautiful blue sea, while archaeological findings confirms that Molunat has been inhabited since the ancient times. It is ideal place for a quiet family vacation away from the city crowd. Dubrovnik Airport, located in Cilipi, is 20 km away from the Apartments Rašica Molunat

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
