Villa Sea Edge - Three Bedroom Villa with Sea View

House:
This beautiful villa is located in Postup, small place in Pelješac peninsula just 30 m away from the sea. Pelješac is mostly known for its wine roads, but also for its clean sea and fresh air. Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure. Pets are allowed with notice with an additional charge 10 euros per night. Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. This beautiful three bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate up to seven persons. It features free Wi-Fi, SAT TV and air condition. The villa features spacious 100 square meters with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining area. Both bathrooms are private. The villa comes with beautiful exterior overlooking the sea and surrounding area. Spacious furnished terrace overlooks the sea and BBQ facilities are at guests' disposal. Ironing facilities and washing machine are provided. Sea Edge Villa is set on a 2000 square meters property. The nearest town is Orebic only 10 minutes ride, or 6 km from the property. Everything needed, including grocery store, pharmacy, post office, ATM machine tourist desk service and many more can be found within the town. Dubrovnik old town, famous old city walls and promenade Stradun are 2 hours drive away from the property. Dubrovnik's Old Town is located 107 km from the property. The nearest airport is located in Cilipi, which is 125 km.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Secluded little paradise on PeljesacWe really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sea Edge, Everything is in reality exactly as on the photos, The house had everything we needed and if there was a minor issue, Branko was always there to fix it, House is surrounded by olive orchard and vineyards, The venue has two great advantages - your own access to the sea and great views over the strait between Korcula and Peljesac, There are sun beds on the cliff where you can spend whole day and you can jump to the sea from the other cliff, Or you can simply go down by the stairs to the sea and enjoy the little bay surrounding the shipwreck, Our dog (cesky fousek) really enjoyed hunting in the puddles left at the cave after low tide, You can find decent restaurants in Orebić with great food, We definitely would love to come back!

Det føltes som et hjem borte fra hjemmet, Layoutet er flott, med en koselig stue og et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, Barna mine elsket å leke i hagen, mens jeg slappet av på terrassen med et glass lokal vin, Nærheten til lokale attraksjoner, som Marco Polos fødested og de vakre strendene, gjorde oppholdet vårt enda bedre, I tillegg var det et pluss at vi kunne ta med hunden vår for et lite gebyr, Vi kommer definitivt tilbake!

Vi kom netop tilbage fra Villa Sea Edge, og wow, det var en så fantastisk oplevelse! Villaen var virkelig ren og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for, endda en vaskemaskine, som var super praktisk, Vi elskede at tilbringe tid på terrassen og bare nyde udsigten over havet, Det er kun en kort køretur til Orebić for dagligvarer og spisning, hvilket gjorde det så bekvemt, BBQ-området var en dejlig detalje, vi grillede en aften, og det var bare perfekt, Den eneste ulempe var, at Wi-Fi nogle gange var lidt ustabilt, men ærligt talt, hvem har brug for internet, når man har den udsigt? Ville helt klart bo der igen på et øjeblik!
