Villa Dalmatian Gem - Two-Bedroom Villa with Terrace and Swimming Pool

House:
Offering a beautiful private pool and terrace, Villa Dalmatian Gem is a self-catering accommodation located in Palje Brdo, quite little place in Konavle Region, approximately 35 km from Dubrovnik. This beautiful two-bedroom villa features swimming pool, equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and two private bathrooms. The villa will provide you with lovely furnished, private terrace with sunbeds next to the swimming pool, as well as the outdoor BBQ facilities. With private entrance, accommodation is situated on the first floor of the family house, so you can enjoy total privacy. The owners live on the ground floor and they will be at your disposal for anything you may need. Free private parking is available on site, just in front of the property. Washing machine, ironing facilities and a hair-dryer are also at guests disposal. Luggage storage before check in is available. Two-bedroom villa features free, unlimited WiFi access, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV. There is also fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed, as well as two private bathrooms (one of them with shower and the other one with bathtub). The villa will provide you with lovely furnished, private terrace with sunbeds next to the swimming pool, as well as the outdoor BBQ facilities. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. Nearest grocery store, restaurant/pizzeria and centre of village Gruda are just 5 km away. Nearest beach is 10 km away - beautiful Pasjaca beach. Molunat Bay with amazing little beaches and beach bars is 10 kilometers away. Famous Dubrovnik's Old Town with its City Walls is approximately 35 km from the property, Budva and Kotor (Montenegro) are 55 km away. Villa Dalmatian Gem is located only 15 km away from the Dubrovnik Airport, while Ferry port Dubrovnik and main bus station are 37 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Diese Villa ist ein verstecktes Juwel! Der Außenbereich ist perfekt für Grillabende, und wir haben jeden Moment am Pool genossen, Der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich und komfortabel, ideal zum Entspannen am Abend, Außerdem ist es nur eine kurze Autofahrt zu schönen Stränden wie Pasjača, was es noch besser macht!

Villa Dalmatian Gem is een sereen toevluchtsoord! De buitenvoorzieningen zijn fantastisch, en we hebben vooral genoten van loungen bij het zwembad, De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden, De nabijgelegen Klokkentoren van Herceg Novi was een interessante bezoek, slechts een korte rit verderop, Zeer aan te raden!

Vi hadde en så flott tid på Villa Dalmatian Gem! Stedet var virkelig rent og hadde alt vi trengte, Den private bassenget var perfekt for å slappe av etter å ha utforsket den vakre Konavle-regionen, Vi hadde til og med en grillkveld på terrassen som var en fest! Eierne var super hyggelige og hjelpsomme, de sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte, Litt langt fra Dubrovnik, men absolutt verdt det for fred og ro, Ville definitivt bo igjen!

De villa was ruim en prachtig ingericht, waardoor het voelde als een thuis weg van huis, Het privéterras bij het zwembad was onze favoriete plek, perfect om in de zon te ontspannen, De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en zorgden ervoor dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden, Plus, het was slechts een korte rit naar Pasjača-stranden, die prachtig waren!
