Description

Comfortable 189 m2 holiday home for up to 8 people with a beautiful outdoor pool located in the quiet village of Savudrija 8 km from the center of Umag. The house is located on the edge of the border with the surrounding nature, meadows, and woods just 800 m from the beach.

On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dining table with chairs. The corridor equipped with an air conditioner leads to two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds from which you go out onto the terrace with garden furniture at the back of the house. On the ground floor, there are two bathrooms each with a shower, sink, and mirror, and one with a washing machine. The large living room with sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, two air conditioners, free Wi-Fi internet connection and an internal staircase leading to the first-floor attic. Upstairs has a living room with sofa bed, table and 2 chairs, air conditioner, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV. From the living room access to the bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and toilet, two bedrooms each with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.

At the entrance the large covered terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbecue is ideal for evenings with friends, and the splendid pool area

* We kindly ask our guests:


- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,


- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,


- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,


- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,


- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,


- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

The nearest pebbly and rocky beach is only 800m away, the supermarket 400m in the Veli Jože campsite, and the restaurant 500m away. The center of Bašanija where you will find the bakery, newspaper, and greengrocer 1 km from the house.


In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, and the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag Dam, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops of the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the delight of children.

To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers

, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and minigolf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casinos, the possibility of various boat trips or by bus.

The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.

For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For astronomy lovers and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave lovers, visit the wonderful little cave of Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. There are organized various "Fish Picnic" boat trips, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Porec or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.
