House:
Modern apartments in a newly built house in the holiday home settlement Selca-Puntinak on the island of Brac. It is only 40 meters away from the sea and rocky beach. The center of Sumartin, where you will find grocery stores, a market, pharmacy, post office, restaurant and cafes, is only 2 kilometers away. Selca is located just above the port of Sumartin and is known for its olive oil production. House building with Bracer limestone and the stonemason and sculptor tradition are also kept alive here. Sumartin is located in the southeast of the large Dalmatian island of Brac, and is both a beautiful seaside resort and a starting point for interesting trips around the island and the mainland. Highlights included: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, WiFi, tourist tax. Activities nearby: In the interior of Brac there are wonderful cycling and hiking trails to explore the island and you can also visit the highest mountain of all Croatian islands, Vidova Gora (778 m) with a wide view over the island world and the sea. Interesting landscapes, beautiful harbor towns such as Milna, Sutivan and Bol look forward to your visit, and last but not least the "most beautiful beach in Croatia", the Golden Horn near Bol. From Sumartin there is a ferry connection to Makarska 3-4 times a day, and there is also a larger ferry between Split and Supetar/Brac several times a day. Thus, day trips to the beautiful coastal towns of Dalmatia are also possible. Mobility : Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
