Antique stone house from the beginning of the last century, built with the construction technique: 80 thick stone walls, so that air conditioning is not required. The house was restored in 1980 and extended to a new part with room, bathroom and hallway. Through this extension, a large terrace (9 x 6 m) has been gained, which offers a fantastic view of the sea channel between Peljesac and Korcula and the medieval city of Korcula. The terrace is also ideal for sunbathing, dancing, lazing, barbecue, ... Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, downstairs there are two more bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT

The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, hallway and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. On the ground floor is a porch with a wonderful view of the place and the channel, and can serve as a place for dining or afternoon tea or coffe.The house is very old and the furniture is made of solid -masiv wood.All gran, granfathers  were captains, and they sailed on the old ships  which are on the pictures on walls.
