The traffic-calmed situation and the fenced property ensure the safety of the children. To the villa belongs also an anchor buoy in the bay immediately close to the house. At the opposite side of Villa is one of the biggest kite surf club and school, where before few years was the world champion ship. You can reach it with a small boat in some minutes.
