Summer house close to nature and beach

Lovely summer house that stands out with its staggered ceiling heights to the ridge, giving the house a different and exciting dimension and atmosphere. The large kitchen and living room are open plan and have plenty of space for both a dining table and a living room. There is a large window and door section with access to the terrace and views of the beautiful garden. The kitchen is neat and well-maintained with plenty of storage space. The summer house has three good bedrooms and with an alcove in the living room, there are a total of 8 sleeping places in the house. The bathroom is bright, neat, and well-maintained with a shower. The garden is sunny and private and provides space for both play and relaxation on the lovely south/west-facing wooden terrace. The terrace is partially covered, so you can also find shelter and shade depending on the weather. There is ample parking space at the house and the possibility to charge an electric car. A lovely and incredibly well-maintained summer house in the cozy holiday home area "Fuglevangen". Here you are in the middle of North Zealand's nature and with a short distance to the coast, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, plantations, and beautiful natural areas such as "Ruslands Bakker" and Tegners Sculpture Park. Dronningmølle town offers, among other things, good shopping opportunities, cafes, and restaurants, as well as mini-golf. Additionally, you can cycle along the North Coast Path all the way to Hornbæk.

The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of both the beach and the beautiful Ruslandsbakker nature reserve via a network of paths.
